You start well. Better eating, more movement, getting to bed at a sensible hour. Then work gets on top of you, or someone needs something, or it's just been one of those weeks, and before long things have quietly slipped back. You're carrying a lot right now. Work, family, ageing parents, a body that's changing in ways it didn't used to. By the end of most days, looking after yourself is the first thing to go.
You don't have to keep figuring this out on your own.
I'm Zoe, a registered nurse and health coach with 25 years of clinical experience. I work with women like you who want to take their health seriously and need support working out how to make changes that fit around real life and will last. Together, we work out what's getting in the way and build something realistic and sustainable.
Real, sustained energy that gets you through the afternoon without needing to rely on caffeine, and leaves you with something still in the tank come evening.
Hormones shift, metabolism slows, weight moves in ways it never used to. Getting clarity on what's happening and what you can do about it is often where things start to change.
The aim is small, realistic adjustments that fit around how you live, rather than an overhaul that collapses the moment something else comes up.
“Zoe is both knowledgeable and approachable. I felt able to discuss any concerns I had and Zoe was able to provide me with an informed response as to why I might have them and what we could do together to address them.”
“I feel I have made real positive progress after my sessions with Zoe and have seen real results from the goals we set.”
“Having Zoe as my health coach has provided clarity, guidance, and encouragement. As a result, I feel significantly more empowered, focused, and motivated.”
A 20-minute conversation, no preparation needed and nothing to commit to. You tell me what's going on, I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help, and if you'd like to go ahead, we'll talk through which programme suits you best.
Your first proper session is 90 minutes. We go through your health history, a 4-day food diary you'll keep beforehand, your goals, and what's got in the way before. From there we agree on two or three things to start working on. Specific, achievable, and chosen by you.
Follow-up sessions roughly every two weeks keep things moving. We look at what's working, what isn't, what's getting in the way, and what to focus on next. Between sessions, you're not left to figure it out on your own.
I also work with smaller businesses and organisations on workplace health and wellbeing. Get in touch to find out more.

When you work with Zoe, you're working with someone who spent 25 years as a nurse in general practice, seeing patients with exactly the kinds of health concerns her clients bring to coaching today. She understands the clinical side of what's happening in your body and why — but coaching sessions are about you, your life, and what's going to work for you specifically.
More about Zoe →It tends to work well for people who know they need to make changes but aren't sure where to start, or who've tried things before that haven't lasted. If you're curious whether it might help, the best first step is a free discovery call.
A GP can tell you what needs to change, but they rarely have the time to help you work out how. That's what coaching is for, and the two work well alongside each other.
Not at all. Some clients come because a GP has flagged something. Others simply feel like their health has slipped and want some support getting back on top of it.
The call is free, takes 20 minutes, and there's nothing to prepare. We'll talk through what's going on for you and whether health coaching is worth pursuing.
